After years of hard work, Allan Sultana Constructions won their first Regional Master Builders Award for works constructed at 34 Cassowary Street, Innisfail in the “Refurbishment" category under $4 Million”
Continuing on their path Allan Sultana Constructions won their next Regional Master Builders award for Mary’s Place, Innisfail in the "Health & Education" category under $4 Million. This was a design and construct project.
A few years later Allan Sultana Constructions won their next Regional Master Builders Award for Good Counsel F Block in the "Health & Education" category under $4 Million. This involved demolition and new construction on a sloping sight.
In the same year Allan Sultana Constuctions won their 3rd Regional Master Builders Award for the Innisfail Centrelink Development in the "Commercial Construction" category under $4 Million.
Adding to their collection of awards, Allan Sultana Constructions won their next Regional Master Buiders Award for Innisfail Regional Library Development in the “Community Services" category under $4 Million. This project was partial demolition of existing structure, refurbishment and construction of new structure on a sloping sight. The degree of difficulty on this project was high.
Allan Sultana Constuctions won their 1st Master Builder Award for Housing "Medium Density Up To 3 Storeys - Over 5 Dwellings". It is an amazing achivement and created a buzz around Innisfail for its modern design and quality craftmanship.
Over the decades, Allan Sultana Constructions have completed $85 million worth of commercial, residential, and miscellaneous projects. What’s more, we have built over 50 houses throughout the Cassowary Coast regional shire. We are continuing to give back to the community we helped build by being active sponsors in the Local Etty Bay Surf Life Saving Club, Brother Rugby League Football Club and Local A Grade Girls Netball Team.
